How sustainable sportswear is also decided during washing

Sports and functional clothing is mostly made of synthetic fibre, which is produced from petroleum. When washed, small fibres – so-called micro plastics – come loose and then enter the water cycle. The consumer protectors of AK Upper Austria have tested various T-shirts and provide tips on how to avoid micro plastics when washing.
